Cooling-Off Period
As per Australian Consumer Law, you can cancel your installation appointment within 10 business days of booking. This cooling-off period does not apply if:
- The total quotation or invoice is less than $100.00.
- You initiated contact with us regarding the service.
Potential Additional Charges
- Our hot water system upgrades apply to properties replacing an existing electric resistance hot water system with an energy-efficient heat pump hot water system. The new unit must be installed in the same location as the old one. Additional costs may arise if further work is required, such as:
- Relocating the new heat pump system.

- Other energy-efficient installations, including lighting, solar panels, air conditioning, and hot water systems, may also incur extra charges if:

- Safety rectification work is required.
- Installation involves high ceilings or areas requiring special access equipment.
- Compatibility adjustments are necessary for control gear disconnection or installation.
We will take you through potential costs before we commence the work. You are under no obligation to accept these additional charges but we will only be able to complete the installation if you accept the charges.
Assignment of Rights
The pricing of installations under Federal and State Government energy savings programs is based on your agreement to assign the rights to create relevant certificates to Energy power Savers Group. These may include:
- Energy Saving Certificates (ESCs) & Demand Response Certificates (NSW).
- You initiated contact with us regarding the serviceVictorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs) (VIC).
- Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) (Australia-wide).
By proceeding with the installation, you confirm that:
- You meet the eligibility requirements under the applicable government scheme.
- You will sign any required documents provided by the installer.
- You consent to your contact details being shared with Accredited Power Saver Co Pty Ltd and relevant program administrators.
Online Payments
- Payments are processed securely through the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s (CBA) BPOINT payment gateway.
- We accept Visa & MasterCard credit card payments, and all transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment Terms
- Part payments are accepted but the full balance must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
- Final payments must be completed on or before the day of installation. VIC).
